1. General Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are the binding agreement that governs your use of the 33mmk platform and all its services. By accessing and using this platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all of these Terms.

The 33mmk platform is open to players aged 21 and above only. This is a non-negotiable core rule. Anyone under 21 who attempts to access the platform will have their account closed immediately, and any remaining balance may be withheld.

4. Deposits

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour. This may vary depending on bank-related delays.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

  • The account used to withdraw must be the same as the account used to deposit.
  • To withdraw bonus funds, you must first complete the required wagering amount for that bonus.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily held during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
  • If money laundering is suspected, withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

33mmk offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit (up to 200,000 Ks). The bonus amount matches your deposit. You must wager 20x the bonus amount before the bonus and any winnings from it can be withdrawn.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Receive bonus 20,000 Ks → Total 40,000 Ks → Required wagering: 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks
Example 2: Deposit 420,000 Ks → Receive bonus 200,000 Ks → Total 620,000 Ks → Required wagering: 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks

6.2 General Promotion Policy

  • Each player may receive a bonus only once.
  • While playing with a bonus, real money is used first before the bonus balance is drawn down.
  • If you withdraw before completing the required wagering after claiming a bonus, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
  • 33mmk may change or discontinue any promotion at any time with prior notice.
  • Bonuses may be cancelled for players found to be exploiting promotions in a manipulative way.

6.3 Referral Program

If you refer a friend, you will receive 10% of their first deposit as a bonus (up to 30,000 Ks per person). You will also earn a weekly commission of 0.1% from your referred players' valid wagers.

7. Gaming Policy

7.1 Fair Play

33mmk uses a certified Random Number Generator to ensure fair game outcomes. By playing any game on this platform, players agree that they do so by their own free choice.

7.2 Game Disputes

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, it will be resolved as accurately as possible based on precise data from the system log.

7.3 VIP Levels and Cashback

Players across 33mmk's 5 VIP levels progress based on their wagering volume and activity. Weekly cashback per level:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP Cashback is given as bonus funds, so wagering requirements may apply before withdrawal.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are prohibited on the platform:

  • Money laundering or any related activities
  • Hacking, copying, or attempting to modify the platform's software or data
  • Playing with coordinated accounts for bonus abuse (collusion / bonus abuse)
  • Using bots, auto-play scripts, or any form of assistance software in games
  • Disclosing players' personal information without their consent
  • Threatening or unlawfully pressuring platform staff or other users

  • Losses resulting from the player's failure to maintain their own account security
  • Losses resulting from third-party hacking — where the player's own security measures were inadequate

11. Amendment of Terms

33mmk reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the platform, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Since it is a 100% bonus, you need to deposit 200,000 Ks or more to receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks. Note that even if your deposit exceeds 200,000 Ks, the bonus is capped at 200,000 Ks.

For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus means you must place bets totalling 400,000 Ks before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus. Your cash balance (the amount you deposited) can be withdrawn at any time (as long as the 30,000 Ks minimum withdrawal amount is met).
